Tadah!

I just finished my last letter, and thus my first week of blog project. Yay for finishing something!
My last letter was, quite appropriately, a love letter. How could I spend a week writing letters without writing one for my dear, sweet Nicholas, especially when he's going to end up doing a lot of my crazy harebrained schemes with me? Isn't he great? I go all goo goo eyes just thinking about him, and he's sitting right next to me on the couch! I think I must go give him a snuggle.

Oh, I almost forgot: Next week's project will be photography! I'll be taking photos every day, and will post the best ones on my blog. I thought this would be a good one for this week seeing as we'll be at a wedding in Zion's National Park this weekend. So there should be some good photo opportunities!

  1. oops, typo, had to re-post my comment:

Congrats on completing your first project!
You know what I always want to do, but never get around to? Making my voice heard. Like, the other day I was at the grocery store and wanted to buy some fish. Now, I live in Maine. We have a lot of fish here. But can I find local fish in the seafood department? Nooooo. It's all catfish from down south and shrimp from Thailand and shellfish from Mexico. Is it too much to ask that as I support my local grocery store, they support our local fisheries? Anyway, if I had fifty-two weeks of projects, I think I would make one of them a week of having a voice; writing letters to the owner of the grocery store when they do lame stuff like that, calling my senator, writing a letter to the editor etc.
    Also, I'd learn origami:)
